Trade supply
Wholesale, licence holders only
We supply other licensed businesses from our own farm and the growers we work with. Thai law only permits that between licence holders, so verification comes first.
How this works
Condition 3 of our licence permits supply to holders of a section 46 licence, or to a buyer with a practitioner's prescription. That means wholesale here is a business-to-business arrangement and nothing else. We are not going to bend it, so please do not ask.
Send your licence number and company details through the form. We verify, then we talk about what you need and what we have coming off the farm. No pricing is published on this page, for the same reason none is published anywhere else on this site.
What you get
- Supply from our own farm and the growers we work with, all tasted by us
- Certified cultivation, which your own licence requires of you too
- Consistent genetics rather than whatever the market threw up that week
- Honest grading. If a batch is mid, we say mid.
Accessories
We also carry rolling papers, cones, tips and smoking accessories at trade quantities. Those are not controlled herbs, so there is no licence requirement on that side. Mention it in your enquiry.
Common questions
Who can buy cannabis wholesale in Thailand?
Under Thai law a licensed seller of controlled herbs may only supply another holder of a section 46 licence, or a buyer presenting a practitioner’s prescription. Wholesale supply is therefore limited to licensed businesses.
What do I need to provide to open a wholesale account?
A valid section 46 licence number issued under the Protection and Promotion of Thai Traditional Medicine Wisdom Act B.E. 2542, together with your company registration details. We verify both before discussing supply.
Does The Spot supply wholesale from its own farm?
Wholesale supply comes from Laddaland Farm, operated by the same company as the dispensary, and from the small growers around Chiang Mai that The Spot works with. All of it comes from cultivation certified to good agricultural standards, as licensing requires.
