What Sweettooth is

Sweettooth is a Chiang Mai based cannabis seed company specialising in exotic California genetics and small-batch quality. It sits somewhere between premium flower culture and modern street aesthetics, with a mascot you will not forget, and it is owned and run by people connected to both the Thai and the international cannabis scenes.

It is not a rack of packets by a till. The whole reason it works is that the same people run the farm an hour north, so when you ask what a cut actually does in this climate, somebody has already grown it and can tell you what happened. Ask at the counter in the shop and you will be pointed at whoever knows.

What we sell

Small-batch drops and limited pheno runs Seeds are released in batches rather than held as endless stock. When a pheno run is done it is done, which is how a small breeder keeps quality honest.
Crosses involving the house strain, White Lightnin White Lightnin is Sweettooth’s signature cut and the backbone of most of the in-house work. If you want to know what it throws in a cross, come and ask, because that answer changes with every run. This is the part worth making the trip for. Nobody can tell you over a website how a cross behaves through a Chiang Mai wet season.
Imported California genetics, selected here Exotic California lines brought in and then actually grown out in this climate before anything is said about them. A lot of fashionable American genetics have exactly the wrong flower structure for northern Thailand, and we would rather find that out than you.

Picking genetics for this climate

Northern Thailand gives a grower light for free and then spends four months trying to rot the crop. Relative humidity here sits above eighty-five percent from around June to October, and a dense, tight flower in that air holds moisture until botrytis starts inside it where you cannot see.

That one fact should drive every genetics decision you make here. Open, airy structures dry out between waterings. A lot of the fashionable American cuts are exactly the wrong shape for this place, however good they look in a photograph. We would rather tell you that across a counter than sell you a packet and find out together.
